The ongoing economic crisis, characterized by unsecure situation on international markets and unclear future of the euro-zone, drives investors to look for suitable havens on the map of the world, that offer not only attractive business opportunities, but also safety and stability.

In response to those needs we decided to organize the Investment Forum “Secure amid crisis”, which will be held on on 12th of April 2013 in Nicosia. During the event we would like to present investment opportunities offered by countries belonging to the Visegrad Group (V4): Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Economies of V4 countries have already evidenced, that in difficult times of the global crisis they have a significant investment potential. What is even more important, they have determination and consistency necessary to implement reforms in order to cope with crisis. The Investment Forum is designed to show, that Poland and other V4 market are the safe havens on the economic map of Europe and World and emerging markets, offering wide range of investment opportunities.

By virtue of its key role in the region particular emphasis will be put on the business attractiveness of the Polish economy, rapid growth of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, attracting numerous foreign investors and issuers as well as privatization-oriented policy of the government,

The Forum is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nicosia in cooperation with Polish-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce. We encourage you to find out more about the event. All important information are available on this website.
